Every call.
Every name.
Minne notices when a call starts, in any app. Minutes later you have a summary, a to-do list and a transcript with everyone's real name. You only pay for the hours you record.
- No bot in your call
- Stored in Stockholm, never leaves the EU
- Never used to train AI
Q4 pricing
Sara Lind proposed moving the organisation plan to pooled hours. Johan Ek agreed, as long as the cap shows on every invoice. They decided to try it with three customers in November.
To do
- Johan drafts the invoice wordingFri 6 Nov
- Sara picks the three pilot customersMon 9 Nov
- You send round the cost breakdownToday
Decided
- Three customers try pooled hours from 16 November.
How it works
Three steps. You only do the last one once.
Minne records what your Mac hears: you on the microphone, and everyone else in Teams, Zoom, Meet or the room. No bot joins your call.
Record
One click in the menu bar. Or let Minne start by itself when a call begins, and stop when it ends.
Read
A few minutes after the meeting, you'll see what was decided, who's doing what, and the whole transcript.
Confirm who spoke
Name a voice once, and Minne knows it in every meeting after that.
It knows who spoke
Names, not “Speaker 2”.
Minne learns to recognise the voices you confirm, and shows who said what, in Swedish and English. You decide which voices it knows.
- You decide who's whoMinne suggests names, but only trusts the voices you've confirmed.
- Remove anyone, voice and allOne click in People.
- Colleagues only if your organisation turns it onAnd anyone can take their own voice out, any time.
Private by design
Your meetings are yours.
Not your employer's, and not ours. They're never used to train AI.
Stored in Stockholm
Recordings, transcripts and voices are stored in Sweden. Everything is processed in the EU.
Your boss can't read your notes
Organisation admins see hours and cost, but never what was said.
Take it all with you, or delete it
On your account page, you can export everything as one file, or delete your account and everything in it.
Pricing
Pay only for your meeting hours.
No seats, plans or add-ons. Up to 5 hours a month costs nothing.
Elsewhere, a seat costs 140–300 kr a month, whether you have meetings or not.
For organisations
Everyone in. Everyone keeps their own notes.
Start an organisation in a minute and invite your colleagues. The price is the same for everyone. Each person gets 5 free hours a month (10 in the first), then it's 5 kr an hour incl. VAT. It all goes on the organisation's card, so nobody needs their own. No seats, and no extra charge for what others call enterprise.
Invite in a minute
Type your colleagues' addresses: each gets one email with one button.
Colleagues by voice
Turn it on, and colleagues show up by name in everyone's meetings.
Your sign-in, free
Sign in with Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta or any OpenID Connect. Whoever signs in goes straight into the organisation. It's included.
Share meetings with the organisation
Each person chooses which meetings everyone in the organisation can read: the summary and transcript, never the recording.
Questions
Good to know.
Is it really free?
Yes. You get 10 hours your first month, then 5 hours every month. That's for everyone, and you don't need a card. If you need more, it's 5 kr an hour, but never more than 200 kr a month.
Do I need to tell people I'm recording?
Yes, say so when the meeting starts. For example: “I'm recording with Minne so we get notes. Is that OK?” Minne only trusts voices you've confirmed, and in People you can remove anyone, voice and all.
Does it work with Teams, Zoom and Meet?
With all of them, and with meetings in a room. Minne records what your Mac hears, so the call can be in any app, or none.
How good is Minne in Swedish?
For Swedish meetings, Minne uses the National Library of Sweden's speech model. It knows Swedish names.
Where is my data?
Recordings, transcripts and voices are stored with AWS in Stockholm. Everything is processed in the EU and never used to train AI.
What if I forget to stop?
If Minne started when the call began, it stops by itself 30 seconds after the call ends. No recording runs past four hours.
What does an organisation pay?
Everyone gets 5 free hours a month, and 10 in the first. Then it's 5 kr an hour incl. VAT, and the whole organisation pays with one card. An organisation of 30 with 8 hours of meetings a week each pays about 4,450 kr a month incl. VAT.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes, for everyone and free. It applies as soon as you use Minne for work, and there's nothing to sign. Read it here.
How long are recordings kept?
Until you delete them. You can delete one meeting at a time, or your whole account at once. What you delete is gone straight away.
