Terms.
The terms for using Minne, in plain words: what you can count on from us, and what we count on from you.
1. Who we are
Minne is run by Enpalm AB, company number 559460-3010, in Sweden. You reach us at hej@useminne.com, or support@useminne.com when something doesn't work.
2. The service
Minne records your meetings on your computer and turns them into a transcript with everyone's name, a summary, decisions and action items. Recordings are processed in Stockholm, and summaries are written by an AI model within the EU. Minne is an early version, and changes and improves all the time.
3. Your account
You create your account with your email address, or another way of signing in we offer. You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what's done with your account is your responsibility. If you use Minne for a company, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
4. Price and payment
In your first month, 30 days from when you start, you have 10 hours free (the 5 extra are given once per email address), and then 5 hours every calendar month. After that it's 5 kr an hour, VAT included, and never more than 200 kr a month. You pay by card through Stripe: each month exactly what you've used is charged, and nothing if you've stayed within the free hours. You get a receipt whenever something is charged. If you've used your free hours without adding a card, new recordings are kept and summarised once you add one. In an organisation, the organisation pays for its members by the same rule for each of them, and the price includes VAT, as for everyone. If we've agreed a price of your own, that applies instead, as your account or organisation page shows. If we change the price, you'll know at least 30 days before.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the day you created your account. Minne starts working straight away, since you ask it to when you start using it, so if you withdraw you pay only for what you've used beyond the free hours: if you haven't gone past them, it costs nothing. To withdraw, email hej@useminne.com or delete your account on your account page. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but a plain email is enough. After those 14 days you can stop whenever you like: delete your account, and payment ends with it, for only what you've used.
6. Your meetings are yours
Recordings, transcripts, summaries, people and files you add are yours. You give us the right to store and process them only so Minne works for you. We don't read them and never use them to train AI. You can export everything and delete everything whenever you want. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy. When a company uses Minne, our data processing agreement applies too.
7. When you record others
You're responsible for being allowed to record the meetings you record, and for the others knowing about it, as the law requires where you are. That goes for voices Minne recognises too, and in an organisation for the voices that are shared. Don't record where it isn't allowed.
8. Fair use
Don't use Minne for anything unlawful, to harm others, to disrupt the service, or to get into other people's accounts or our systems. If someone does, we may close their account, and will say why if we're allowed to.
9. AI can be wrong
Summaries, action items and names are made by an AI model and can be wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it. A summary from Minne isn't minutes of record.
10. If something goes wrong
We do our best for Minne to always work, but can't promise it's never down or that nothing can ever be lost. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, and our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last twelve months. That doesn't limit your rights as a consumer under the law, nor our liability for harm we've caused deliberately or by gross negligence.
11. Changes and ending
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll email you at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account before then. If we ever close Minne, we'll say so at least 60 days ahead, so you can export everything.
12. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Talk to us first, and we'll try to solve it. As a consumer you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. Otherwise disputes are settled by the Swedish courts.
